Nigel Evans, Member of Parliament for the Ribble Valley and Deputy Speaker of the House of Commons, today visited the Clitheroe branch of Sainsbury’s.
After the visit Mr Evans said:
“I am grateful that the staff at Sainsbury’s took the time out of their day to show me around their store and tell me about their business.
“I was impressed how much of the store’s produce was sourced locally, particularly milk and cheese. I was also delighted that the store is involved in supporting pupils in schools to become active youngsters through their sports voucher system.”
